The ‘Seinfeld’ alum, Wayne Knight’s weight loss journey had the ultimate holistic approach. He consulted a cardiologist, psychiatrist, and personal trainer to aid with shedding the excess weight from his 327 pounds. Now he’s 100 pounds lighter, fitter, and happier!
The journey certainly wasn’t a bed of roses, and it took years of coaching and empowerment for Knight to stop stress-eating and build a safe relationship with food. He was even part of a support group to face the hard times of binge-eating, but has emerged victorious after it all!
