Chris Hemsworth – $16 Miljoen, Byron Bay
Chris Hemsworth heeft flink wat geld nadat hij de hoofdrol heeft gespeeld in de populaire Thor franchise. Hij wilde een mooi huis bouwen voor zijn vrouw, Elsa Pataky en hun drie kinderen. Het gezin besloot naar Byron Bay, Australië te verhuizen, waar ze een enorm stuk land kochten voor $7 miljoen in 2016.
Daar begonnen ze met het bouwen van een $9 miljoen villa, wat momenteel nog steeds onder constructie is. Hun buren waren geen fans van Hemsworth’s plan, maar hij kreeg uiteindelijk wettelijke toestemming om het toch door te zetten. Het huis zal zes slaapkamers hebben, kamerhoge ramen, een state-of-the-art zwembad, een thuisbioscoop en meer entertainment ruimtes.
