De gigantische villa was gerenoveerd en hersteld naar zijn oude, vintage staat, met een aantal moderne details en elementen erbij.
Het hoofdhuis is zo’n 1021 vierkante meter groot, met zes slaapkamers, een keukeneiland, tien badkamers, formele tuinen, een poolhouse, openslaande deuren en meer. In 2019 begon de post-productie voor de film Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. Jolie speelde de rol van Maleficent voor het eerst in 2014.
