VIRGIL VAN DIJK EN RIKE NOOITGEDAGT – EEN BEZEGELDE LIEFDE SINDS 2019
Ruim een decennium geleden zette Virgil van Dijk zijn eerste stappen in het professionele voetbal bij FC Groningen. Inmiddels is hij een vooraanstaande figuur in de Premier League. Na zijn overstap van Southampton naar Liverpool verwierf hij de status van de op één na duurste verdediger ter wereld. Gelukkig deelt hij de vreugde van overwinningen en de verwerking van teleurstellingen niet langer alleen. Virgil heeft het geluk dit te ervaren met zijn langdurige partner en jeugdliefde, Rike Nooitgedagt, met wie hij in 2019 zijn liefde bekrachtigde met een huwelijksring. Hoewel hij persoonlijk het nieuws van zijn huwelijk en de geboorte van zijn twee dochters heeft gecommuniceerd, blijft zijn privéleven grotendeels afgeschermd van de publieke belangstelling.
