Outrageous Celebrity Homes That’ll Make You Hate Your Apartment Even More!
Ringo Starr – England, £2 Million
Imagine stepping into a 17th-century English mansion, where history intertwines with rock ‘n’ roll legend. This was the reality for Ringo Starr when he acquired the Rydinghurst Estate in Cranleigh, Surrey, in 1999 for £2 million. The Grade II listed property, set amidst 200 acres of lush gardens and serene ponds, became a sanctuary for the former Beatles drummer.
Ringo transformed the estate into a personal haven, with a music room housing his gold records and drum kits and another expansive space for live performances. The estate’s allure lies in its architectural beauty and connection to music history, having been the creative retreat for one of rock’s most iconic figures.
