Outrageous Celebrity Homes That’ll Make You Hate Your Apartment Even More!
Paul McCartney – New York, £11 Million
In 2015, Paul McCartney, the legendary former Beatle, and his wife, Nancy Shevell, acquired a stunning duplex penthouse at 1045 Fifth Avenue in New York City worth £11 million. This opulent residence is perched atop a 15-story building and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Central Park. The 10-room apartment featured a marble staircase, gold bathroom trimmings, and a crystal chandelier, exuding mid-century glamour.
Despite its rich history and elegance, the couple sold the property in 2022, reflecting a significant market shift. This residence remains a testament to Paul’s timeless elegance and connection to New York’s vibrant culture.
