Ed Sheeran – Suffolk, £3.7 Million
In 2012, the acclaimed singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran began crafting his personal haven in Suffolk, England, by acquiring a modern farmhouse for £895K. Over the years, he expanded this retreat into the enchanting “Sheeranville,” investing approximately £3.7 million to create a 16-acre estate.
This sprawling sanctuary boasts various features, including a wildlife pond, a treehouse, an underground music room, and even a private pub named The Lancaster Lock. Ed’s dedication to enhancing his estate reflects his deep appreciation for nature and desire for a serene family environment. In 2024, he further demonstrated his commitment to the local community by acquiring a minority stake in Ipswich Town Football Club.
