It seems that flipping apartments has become his passion these days. After laying his hands on an apartment located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in 2005 for an approximate $4.8 million, he made up his mind to rake in some money into his bank account by selling it after spending a good 13 years there. He completely renovated the luxurious apartment which boasts of 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms in total and listed the property at an estimated price tag of $13 million. The Captain Marvel actor has a lot to offer to his fans, but we are mighty pleased with the way he is handling something as complicated as buying and selling apartments, and that, too, in New York City.
