Met het gemak van een doorgewinterde ster stapte Nicole Kidman de rode loper op. Ze heeft een lijst met onderscheidingen die net zo lang is als haar beroemde rode loperjurken en is een vaste waarde in de industrie sinds haar doorbraak in het spannende “Dead Calm”.
Met een Oscar voor haar kameleontische optreden in “The Hours” heeft ze een reeks personages laten zien die net zo divers zijn als haar talenten. Bij de Oscars van 2018 trok Nicole de aandacht in een kobaltblauwe jurk die het toppunt van Hollywood elegantie was. De jurk, met zijn sculpturale strik en opvallende silhouet, gaf een figuur dat zowel modern als tijdloos glamoureus was.
