NFL Stars and Their Unexpected Love Stories That Could Be Movies
Zach Ertz and Julie Ertz – Together Since 2012
Zach Ertz and Julie Ertz are the ultimate sports power couple, with both a Super Bowl ring and two World Cup titles in the family! Their love story started back in 2012 at a Stanford baseball game, where sparks between the NFL tight end and soccer star flew. After a 2016 engagement, they tied the knot in March 2017, cementing their partnership both on and off the field.
Their family grew in August 2022 with the arrival of son Madden Matthew, followed by twins Kace and Kyren in 2024. Between Zach’s NFL moves, signing with the Commanders in 2024, and Julie’s retirement from soccer, they keep fans cheering for more.
