En enero de 2019, Patrick se convirtió en socio de KA/NOA, una marca italiana conocida por la calidad de su ropa de hombre. Dempsey es también uno de los productores The Art of Racing in the Rain, una comedia-drama que se estrenará en septiembre de 2019.
