Alex Trebek – Recently Passed – Net Worth: $75 Million
Alex Trebek gained notoriety as a game show host in the ‘80s after he started hosting Jeopardy!. His performance as the show’s host won him the Outstanding Game Show Host award at the Daytime Emmy Awards seven times throughout his entire career.
He had a tremendous amount of income thanks to the series, and it helped him grow a $75 million fortune. Unfortunately, Trebek passed away at the age of 80 in 2020 due to pancreatic cancer. His contract with Jeopardy! would have lasted until 2022, and the show has yet to find a host that will replace him permanently.
