Wojciech Szczęsny – polski piłkarz występujący na pozycji bramkarza, wartość rynkowa ponad 200 mln zł.
W dzieciństwie uczęszczał do szkoły sportowej. W 2004 roku znalazł się w klubie Agrykola Warszawa, a już rok później trafił do Legii Warszawa. W 2006 roku trafił do klubu Arsenal. Zaczynał tam w juniorskich składach, ale w 2008 roku złożył swój podpis pod kontraktem i awansował do rezerw. W 2008 roku przeżył też wypadek na siłowni, kiedy podczas podnoszenia sztangi złamał obie ręce, co wykluczyło go z gry na niemal pół roku. W latach 2015-2017 zawodnik został wypożyczony do AS Roma, ale od 2018 roku gra już dla Juventusu.
Uznawany jest za bardzo utalentowanego bramkarza, który szybko dojrzał jako zawodnik. Ceniony jest nie tylko za dobre warunki fizyczne, czy zwinność, ale także swoją mentalność.
