CELEBRITIES AND THEIR NET WORTH – TAKE A LOOK INSIDE THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS

Whoopi Goldberg: Actress, $60 Million

With a record-breaking career that has seen her star in over 150 movies, it comes as no surprise that Whoopi Goldberg has a $60 million net worth. This figure is still steadily growing, and it will only be a matter of time before she hits the $100 million mark with her $8 million annual income.

In the ’80s and ’90s, Whoopi did a lot of leg work on screen and on stage to make a name for herself. The result saw her clinch every academy award on the table, which only 15 other people have done. Interestingly, the actress recently phased her on-screen career from the big screen to the silver screen by becoming a talk show host.

Oprah Winfrey: Media Personality & Executive — $2.5 Billion

Oprah Winfrey is the success story in the history of success stories. Had anybody walked up to Winfrey back then and told her that she would one day have a bank account with $2.5 billion in it – she would have fallen over hysterically! Her 7,303-square-foot Orcas Island compound had cost her $8.275 million in June 2018!

Pictured is also one of Oprah’s favorites – a $365K 1996 Bentley Azure that she fell in love with on her 42nd birthday and simply had to have. Oprah drove around in the convertible with the top down that day, in spite of the fact that it had begun to rain!

Betty White: Actress, $75 Million

Did you know that Betty White earned a whopping $87 million from reruns of her TV show ‘Golden Girls?’ Safe to say, the actress didn’t need to work at all during her senior years. She could have just relaxed in her Carmel home, enjoying a great view of the ocean. Yet, because acting was her passion, White continued making TV shows and movies until 2019, even in her late 90s.

After ‘Golden Girls,’ the actress also starred in the sitcom ‘Hot in Cleveland.’ She portrayed the character, Elka Ostrovsky, reportedly earning $75,000 per episode. With her many sources of moolah, it’s not astonishing that White had a net worth of $75 million at the time of her passing.
