Kojote überrascht
Ein Kojote sorgt für Staunen mit seinem kühnen Jagdversuch. Der pelzige Jäger setzt zum Sprung an und will ein vorbeiziehendes Rebhuhn aus der Luft schnappen. Hoch über dem Gras reckt sich der Kojote seinem gefiederten Ziel entgegen. Die Szene zeigt, dass nicht nur Katzen zu spektakulären Sprüngen fähig sind. Der Kojote beweist, dass auch er es mit der Geschmeidigkeit einer Raubkatze aufnehmen kann.
Doch trotz aller Mühe geht der Kojote leer aus. Das Rebhuhn entkommt dem Angriff nur knapp und fliegt erschrocken davon. Zurück bleibt ein Kojote, der wohl sanft im hohen Gras landet. Auch wenn es diesmal nicht geklappt hat, wird der Kojote sicher nicht aufgeben.
