Toen Heidi Klum deze wonderschone mediterraanse villa in LA kocht noemde ze het haar eigen “little piece of heaven”. Het lijkt erop dat ze verveeld raakte met het leven in de hemel, want ze verkocht het uiteindelijk in 2014 voor $24 miljoen, terwijl ze het aanvankelijk had gekocht voor $14,2 miljoen. Het huis, omringd door tuinen en met een uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan, heeft zeker wel iets weg van een paradijs.
Het huis heeft acht slaapkamers, tien badkamers, een koivijver, een overloopzwembad, houten vloeren, openslaande deuren en deftige details. In 2019 werd er gerumoerd over een mogelijke zwangerschap van haar en haar verloofde, Tom Kaulitz, maar er is nog geen bevestiging.
