In 2018 brachte er die Immobilie jedoch wieder auf den Markt, wo er 2,87 Millionen Euro erzielen konnte. Der Rekordhalter von mehreren Schmetterlings-Disziplinen engagiert sich auch viel Sozial und ist an Spendenaktionen beteiligt.
