When same-gender marriage became legal in the UK, they tied the knot in 2014. The couple has two sons, Zachary and Elijah, born via surrogacy in 2010 and 2013. Beyond their family life, they co-chair the Elton John AIDS Foundation, demonstrating their shared commitment to philanthropy.
