Jen Psaki and Gregory Mecher’s love story began with a classic mix-up. In 2006, while working at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, she gave him some hilariously wrong directions, leading him on a detour he didn’t expect—and he’s been smitten ever since. Despite the botched guidance, they hit it off and were married by 2010.
Greg, a political strategist who’s worked for big names like Congressman Joe Kennedy III, often jokes that he couldn’t resist Jen’s focus. They have two kids who keep their hands full and remind them that life isn’t all politics. Their ability to balance demanding jobs and family life shows that teamwork goes a long way.
