The couple celebrated a civil partnership in 2013, building a cozy life together in North London with their dog, Mavis. When Jane faced a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018, she opted for a mastectomy without reconstruction, with Sara by her side every step, reinforcing their enduring partnership.
