La lunga unione tra Loretta e Oliver, terminata solo con il decesso dell’uomo ha dato alla luce i figli della cantante. Ernest in particolare ha seguito la vena artistica familiare, diventando un cantante. Oggi ha una figlia Tayla Lynn che porta avanti la tradizione musicale di famiglia.
