Oh my! Marshawn Lynch’s house in Richmond is one of the most beautiful and contemporary homes on our list, though it might not be the most expensive. The NFL celebrity purchased it for a $3.3 million price tag, without its high insurance premiums of course, and we have to say that its price was pretty good compared to its comfort and features. It’s right next to the sea, covering a 7,000 square-foot area, while it also comes with a big dock. Its six bathrooms and five bedrooms are nothing compared to its stunning view of the San Francisco Bay.
