La cantante de música country y uno de los nombres más notables del mundo de la música Miranda Lambert luchó con el sobrepeso casi toda su vida. La comida era algo de lo que no podía restringirse. Afortunadamente, llegó un momento en que Lambert finalmente decidió hacer algo al respecto y su transformación de pérdida de peso fue increíble.
Lambert cambió a una dieta sana y balanceada y comenzó a hacer ejercicio con regularidad. Antes de que lo supiera, se dio cuenta de que estaba más delgada. Aparentemente perdió alrededor de 20 libras y bajó a una talla 6. Aunque parece que está recuperando algunos kilos estos días.
