José Miguel Viñuela es un conductor de televisión chileno, conocido por ser el conductor del extinto programa de televisión Mekano. Este show marcó a todo un grupo de jóvenes que encontraron en Mekano su reflejo generacional.
Tantos años de éxitos llevaron a Jose Miguel Viñuela a descuidar su cuerpo, llegando a subir más de 20 kilos de su peso normal.
Por suerte, este año José Miguel Viñuela decidió cambiar sus hábitos. Dejó de comer comida chatarra y de beber alcohol. A esto sumo una rutina de ejercicios holísticos, y en menos de cuatro meses ha bajado 10 kilos. Sin dudas se ve mucho mejor.
