Der Entertainer und TV-Star Thomas Gottschalk hat zwar schon seit einigen Jahrzehnten eine erfolgreiche Karriere in Deutschland, doch mit seiner Familie lebt er schon seit Jahren in Kalifornien, wo seine beiden Söhne mit seiner langjährigen Ehefrau Thea aufwuchsen.
Doch auch nach der Trennung und heute in einer neuen festen Beziehung, wählt Gottschalk weiterhin Malibu, als Zweitwohnsitz, wo er sich eine Villa am exklusiven Lake Malibou kaufte. Das schicke Seehaus liegt nicht nur am See und inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft, sondern ist auch nur 46 Kilometer vom Zentrum von Los Angeles entfernt. Mit Bootssteg und sogar einem eigenen Wasserfall bietet auch das Innere des Hauses alle Annehmlichkeiten und viel Platz.
