Leonardo DiCaprio – $1,75 Miljoen, Belize
Leonardo heeft veel geworsteld om de wereld een groenere plek te maken en in 2016 besloot hij zijn eigen milieuvriendelijke resort te creëren. Hij kocht het Blackadore Caye eiland in 2006 voor $1,75 miljoen en er zijn op het eiland momenteel 36 bungalows en nog 36 kleinere huizen onder constructie.
Al deze huizen zullen milieuvriendelijk zijn en regenwater zal gefilterd worden en effectief gebruikt worden.Ook zal de helft van het eiland dienen als een wildlife center. Elk van de huizen zal ergens tussen $5 miljoen en $15 miljoen kosten. In de afgelopen paar jaar is er veel gerumoerd over of DiCaprio binnenkort met pensioen zal gaan. Hij heeft hier nog geen officiële uitspraak over gedaan.
