Mit Kaminen in den sechs Schlafzimmern und auch dem Rundbogen am Eingang ist diese Immobilie wie aus einem Märchen entsprungen. Als sie diese 2018 wieder verkaufte konnte sie nur noch einen Preis von knapp 28 Millionen Euro erzielen.
