Tom Hanks – Der teuerste Immobilienverkauf in 2010
Tom Hanks gehört zu den ganz großen Stars in Hollywood. Mit seinen vielen Filmen konnte er sich ein erstaunliches Vermögen aneignen. So hat er viele seiner Schauspielerkollegen weit übertroffen und ist heute 288 Millionen Euro wert. In 2010 erstand er das Haus der Produzenten Frank Marshall und Kathleen Kennedy. Dabei investiert Tom Hanks generell in viele Immobilien.
Das dreistöckige Gebäude hat zwei Wohnebenen zu bieten extrem viel Platz. Das kostete Tom Hanks satte 21 Millionen Euro. Die Aussicht auf die gepflegten Gärten rundherum sind atemberaubend. Tatsächlich wurde dieser Verkauf zu dem teuersten Hausverkauf in 2010.
