Sarah Palin – $8 million, Arizona
Sarah Palin has been a formidable figure in American politics ever since she ran for the second-highest position in the country in 2008. What folks don’t know, though, is that apart from her political prowess, she also has great taste when it comes to picking beautiful real estate.
The former governor acquired a scenic property in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2001. Due to the state’s humid weather, Palin incorporated a resort-like ambiance to her mansion, adding some gorgeous landscaping, a spa, and a luxurious pool area. One would think Palin finally found her true oasis, but sadly, she placed the house on the market for $2.499 million. Too bad!
