Questa dimora sulle Hollywood Hills che un tempo è appartenuta all’attrice Jodie Foster era una delle case che ogni ambientalista avrebbe sognato di avere. Non siamo riusciti a capire perché lei abbia deciso di abbandonarla. Jodie l’ha acquistata nel 1995, probabilmente perché stregata dalla bellezza degli eleganti giardini e dei magnifici piani in legno che la villa Spagnola offriva.
Ciononostante la casa è stata messa in vendita nel 2013, con un prezzo di 6.4 milioni di dollari. Non avendo trovato acquirenti, Jodie ha abbassato il prezzo a 4.9 milioni di dollari ed è stata venduta nel 2014. Nel 2018, l’AFI Conservatory ha offerto a Jodie una laurea ad Honorem.
