Oprah kaufte anfangs nur einen Teil des Grundstücks für 41 Millionen Euro.
Nach einigen Jahren erstand sie jedoch auch noch den Rest des Anwesens für weitere 30 Millionen Euro. In diesem Haus kann man sich jeden Tag wie eine Königin fühlen. Laut Oprah ist ihr Lieblingszimmer das Teehaus, in dem sie viel Zeit verbringt.
