Hailey Bieber- $25.8 Million, Beverly Hills

Besides a 100-acre Ontario estate, which they bought for $5 million in 2018, American model Hailey Bieber and her partner Justin Bieber are the owners of a beautiful Beverly Hills pad. The couple acquired the property in 2020 at $25.8 million and poured more into renovation projects for which they did significant kitchen and bathroom overhauls.

The mansion sits on 2.5 acres of land and has more than 11,000 square feet of living space. It has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a tennis court, a Koi pond, and entire floor-to-ceiling glass slider walls. The Biebers are neighbors to celebrities like Magic Johnson, Sylvester Stallone, and Eddie Murphy.
