Patrick’s $1.8 million estate sprawls across 3,759 square feet and boasts a cozy seating area, a furnished kitchen, an interior gym, and a wet bar. Reportedly, the athlete spent nearly $400K to refurbish every nook and cranny of the three-bedroom condo, and we bet the outcome is just exceptional!
