Seth Meyers from the Late Night show decided to buy himself a $7 million home a little way down from Washington Square Park. It is worth $7 million just for the view of the Empire State Building, something he can see perfectly through one of his 32 windows. The property also boasts 5 bedrooms and an office, along with 4 bathrooms…so does that mean there’s no public bathroom?
Or that one of the bedrooms has been left out and doesn’t have a bathroom of its own? Either way, the celeb is living a grand life with a healthy bank account and more than likely no bank loans or mortgage to worry about.
