Vin Diesel – Hollywood, $1.4 Million
American actor Vin Diesel is known for his love for expensive stuff. One of the earliest expensive purchases he made was his Hollywood Hills house. The ‘Pitch Black’ star bought the three-bedroom house in 2000 for about $565K and considering his net worth back then, this was quite a splurge.
The mansion is cozy with contemporary vibes and comes with a nice swimming pool and a Mexican tiles-accentuated kitchen which opens into a relaxing outdoor dining area. Nonetheless, it’s not as lavish as the other properties he purchased later on. When he felt that he was done with it, he decided to rent it for $5,800 per month, and after 16 years, he eventually put the house back on the market for $1.4 million, almost double what he paid for it.
