Meredith Baxter may have started her career in the entertainment industry later than most at 23 but found fame soon after due to her starring role in the sitcom ‘Bridget Loves Bernie.’ With her continued success in ‘Family’ and ‘Family Ties,’ she became one of the most recognized faces on television in the ’70s and the ’80s.
