Max Baer, Jr. – Age 81
Max Baer Jr. is an actor who gained a lot of recognition for playing ‘Jethro Bodine’ on The Beverley Hillbillies. Baer Jr. is the last surviving member of the show’s cast and he is more than an actor – he also is a producer, director, and a screenwriter. Baer Jr. remained an active entity in the world of entertainment until the ‘90s. In 2005, he made an appearance on Biography, a 2005 documentary on A&E. He has also tried founding a couple of casinos with the Hillbillies theme, and he ventured into his ideas of constructing a luxury hotel from scratch. His plans were halted because of building code concerns.
