Hollywood Golden Age Stars Who Are Still With US
Valerie Harper – Age 79
Before stardom came into Valerie Harper’s life, she was already an awesome entertainer performing on Broadway as a dancer and actress. Valerie’s name had blown up when she accepted the role of Rhoda Morgenstern in the ‘70s TV series, The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She then reprised her role in the spin-off, Rhoda. Because of these shows, a Golden Globe and four Emmy Awards had followed Valerie and she had continued to keep her relevance in the industry from that point onwards. Valerie found out that she had terminal brain cancer in 2013 and is still battling with the disease up to this day. What a fighter!
