Hollywood Golden Age Stars Who Are Still With US
Tina Louise – Age 85
She may have become famous for portraying the film star, Ginger Grant, in the CBS TV comedy Gilligan’s Island (1964), but Tina Louise was a name that was already catching fire prior to the cult comedy’s airing. Louise’s actual breakout role was in the 1958 drama movie, God’s Little Acre, which won her a Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year. She also established a health care business called TLC, as reported by LA Times in 1997. The company once promoted parasols designed to protect women’s skin from the sun. What a practical anti-aging product! No wonder Louise is still quite stunning at 84.
