After clinching Match Race Germany in 2010, the Black Match Racing team, including bowman Nick Blackman from New Zealand, shared a moment of jubilation. Proudly sporting FedEx-branded shirts, they attempted to throw Nick into the water to celebrate their victory on the World Match Racing Tour. The celebration turned comedic when his pants snagged on a hook by the boat’s edge.
This left him dangling, half-submerged, in an unintended dive, his face underwater and legs flailing above. Nick’s blue innerwear visibly stretched in a classic wedgie, turning a triumphant moment into an unforgettable, chuckle-some scene. This incident lightened the competitive spirit, depicting the camaraderie and unexpected moments in sports.
