Christie Brinkley gehört zu den berühmtesten amerikanischen Models der Geschichte. Sie ist heute 65, was man ihr aber überhaupt nicht ansieht. Neben ihrer Modelkarriere, die in den 70er Jahre in Paris begann und in der sie einen der längsten Modelverträge unterschrieb, der 25 Jahre dauerte, war sie auch als Schauspielerin tätig.
Ihren Durchbruch schaffte sie mit ihren Fotos in Bademode in der Sports Illustrated und legte 2017 noch einmal nach und erschien zum dritten Mal auf der Titelseite dieser Zeitschrift zu diesem Zeitpunkt als ältestes Model. Zu ihren Filmauftritten zählen die Serie Nightcap und der Film National Lampoon’s Vacation. Ihr Vermögen beläuft sich auf rund 80 Millionen Dollar.
