Sie setzt sich dem Altern definitiv entgegen, denn selbst heute sieht die amerikanische Schauspielerin mit 59 immer noch so aus als wäre sie in ihren 30ern. Herausstechen in der Szene voller Schauspielerinnen die sich unters Messer legen oder verschiedene Anti-Aging Produkte verwenden gelingt ihr ohne Probleme, denn ihr Gesicht ist makellos.
Man kann es kaum glauben, dass sie keinerlei Produkte verwendet um ihre Haut und ihr Gesicht in Topform zu halten. Laut eigener Aussage macht sie nur Ashanti Yoga, ein Subgenre vom normalen Yoga. Bei diesem gibt es eine große Anzahl an Vorteilen für die Gesundheit.
