Die beliebte Moderatorin hat sich einen Architekten geangelt. Nachdem ihre erste Ehe mit dem Christof Lang, welcher auch als Moderator in Deutschland bekannt ist, in die Brüche ging, fokussierte sich die selbstständige Powerfrau auf ihre Karriere. Mittlerweile ist sie schon seit 20 Jahren fester Bestandteil des „heute-journals“. Dabei reist sie quer um den Globus, um von den Geschehnissen aus der Welt zu berichten.
Da sie für ihre Arbeit auch die ein oder andere Auszeichnung abkassieren konnte, ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass sie sich eine schmucke Bude besorgt hat. Nachdem sie nun auch mit ihrem zweiten Ehemann zusammengezogen ist, welcher sich als Architekt sein Geld verdient, scheinen die beiden auch ohne Kinder glücklich zu sein.
