I od swoich najwcześniejszych występów w latach 80. po dziś dzień zachwyca wyrazistą, tajemniczą urodą. Jak ona to robi? Kayah jest niewątpliwie bardzo zajętą osobą, pewnie w jej kosmetycznym harmonogramie nie ma miejsca na długie godziny spędzane na zabiegach pielęgnacyjnych.
