Jeder sollte sie wohl als ihre Rolle Blair Warner aus The Facts of Life kennen, vor allem da sie diese für satte 9 Jahre spielte. Auch später trat sie immer wieder in Reunions von der Sitcom auf, hatte aber vollen Fokus auf ihre Musikkarriere.
Sie agiert als Sängerin, aber auch als Sprecherin der christlichen Konferenz namens Woman with Faith. Dazu kommt auch noch, dass die mittlerweile 66 Jährige diverse Bücher schrieb über Themen wie Freundschaft, Mutterschaft und Heimunterricht und mehr. Aktuell weiß man nicht, was sie denn so treibt, dennoch lässt es sich wahrscheinlich gut leben mit einem Konto das ganze 3 Millionen Dollar schwer ist.
