De maatschappij waar wij in leven is extreem gefocust op uiterlijke schoonheid. Voor mensen die in de spotlight staan loopt deze druk erg hoog op. Sommigen krijgen het voor elkaar hun uiterlijk en hun carrière beide goed te onderhouden. Dit kan voor sommigen natuurlijk aan genen liggen, maar er zijn er toch ook zeker wel wat die een geheim hebben ontdekt dat hen helpt het proces van ouder worden te verminderen of vertragen. Catherine Bell – Geboren in 1968
Van 2007 tot 2013 speelde ze de prachtige Denise Sherwood in Army Wives. Zo’n tien jaar later, nu 51 jaar oud, ziet Catherine Bell er nog steeds net zo fantastisch uit als toen. Ze is groot geworden met haar hoofdrol in JAG. Hiervoor was ze ook al bekend aan het worden als Japans kledingmodel.
Catherine is niet alleen actrice, maar ook make-up consultant. Ze houdt haar dan ook helemaal niet geheim. Zo drinkt Catherine bijvoorbeeld voldoende water, eet ze gezonde maaltijden en gebruikt alleen biologische schoonheidsproducten op haar huid. Ze doet ook aan sport, namelijk kickboksen.
