Billie Lourd – Her Godmother is Meryl Streep!
Legendary actress Carrie Fisher had one daughter, Billie Lourd, born during her marriage to talent agent Bryan Lourd. After attending New York University, Billie became an actress herself, notably appearing alongside her mom in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. Unfortunately, Fisher died unexpectedly, of a drug-related heart attack in 2017. Lourd, who was familiar with her mother’s past spent in inpatient drug rehab centers, spoke after Fisher’s death about the importance of removing the stigma of drug addiction in order to properly care for addicts.
