Sascha Barboza es una estrella de la vida sana y del fitness que ha mostrado todos los secretos para esta vida en sus videos que comparte en internet, además de los libros que ha publicado. Hace poco fue mamá de una hermosa niña y en el embarazo le fue inevitable subir unos 10 kilos aproximadamente.
Por esto es que aceptó un desafío en el que tenía un año para bajar estos 10 kilos obtenidos en el embarazo, solo siguiendo los programas de alimentación y de ejercicio que ella promueve. Los resultados están a la vista.
