Rubén Cerda – 260 libras / Bypass gástrico y vida saludable
El destacado actor de doblaje y televisión, Rubén Cerda, recordado por su interpretación de Gordonio en el programa de humor “Cero en conducta” y por su participación en más de 30 telenovelas mexicanas. Cerda quien también hizo la voz de Barney por muchos años, ha sufrido desde pequeño con el sobrepeso.
Llegó a pesar 485 libras y fue en ese momento que entendió que debía hacer algo por su salud. Tras realizarse un bypass gástrico, el actor logró perder 260 libras, logrando un cambio increíble, como ves en el antes y el después. Rubén lleva ahora un estilo de vida sana, comiendo saludable y yendo al gimnasio. ¡Bravo!
