Mit diesem Spiegel-Selfie zeigte Tracee Ellis Ross ihren straffen Körperbau, der den Jahren trotzt. Die Golden-Globe-Gewinnerin, die als Rainbow Johnson in „Black-ish“ berühmt wurde, ebnete Hollywood den Weg, nachdem ihre legendäre Mutter Diana Ross ihr Türen geöffnet hatte. Im Jahr 2024 debütierte sie mit ihrer Roku-Original-Serie „Tracee Travels“.
Tracee schwört auf die Tracy Anderson Method, bei der sie tanzbasierte Cardio- und Ganzkörperübungen macht, um fit zu bleiben. Bei ihren Workouts kommen auch Widerstandsbänder und Gewichte zum Einsatz, was für Abwechslung in ihrem Trainingsprogramm sorgt. Sie ernährt sich gesund und vermeidet Milchprodukte, Zucker und Gluten, gönnt sich aber auch mal etwas. Außerdem ist sie die Gründerin von Pattern, einer Haarpflegemarke, die lockige Texturen zelebriert.
